He simply let us know what is the norm but we only do this once and we should do what we want to do. He made that happen. He created the Memorial Program for the church service for us using the pictures and custom words we provided. He also ordered the flowers, took care of the death certificate and copies and numerous other tasks that were necessary to help relieve our stress, including contacting Social Security. He made the process much easier for our family and we cannot thank him enough. Besides all that he did a wonderful job with the presentation. We were very impressed. This was fortunately our first time dealing with this situation, but in addition to his profession he far exceeded any expectations we had as a person and took on a lot of time and phone calls we would have had to make.
